Questions, answered

Useful details before you book.

Straight answers about this service and how it is arranged.

What ground does the marquee need?

The 4 × 10 metre setup is for suitable grass or soft ground. It is always secured with heavy-duty pegs and ratchet straps, and is not offered on concrete, tarmac or other hardstanding.

What is included with every option?

Every option includes the white PVC marquee and steel frame, up to 50 chairs, six tables, carpet and two chandeliers.

What changes between the three prices?

The difference is the lining finish: no lining at £550, roof lining only at £650, or full internal lining/draping at £750.

How is weather suitability decided?

Weather suitability is assessed case by case using the forecast, site conditions and safety. There is no fixed public wind-speed threshold; unsafe conditions may require the marquee service to be delayed, adapted, rescheduled or cancelled.

How long does installation take?

A typical setup takes around 3 to 4 hours with a crew of 2 to 3 people. Takedown typically takes around 2 to 2.5 hours.
